Supporting clients through the transformation journey
Dispersival Ltd works with businesses to understand their transformation purpose to then develop Communications to support colleagues through the journey and help leadership achieve their strategic objectives.
We do this through:
- Developing a Communications & Engagement strategy to explain the why what and when of the business transformation.
- Conducting a Stakeholder Analysis assessing the impact and influence of stakeholder groups for the transformation and key messages for audience groups.
- Delivering Communication campaigns to support project roll out utilising a wide range of media.
- Conducting Change Readiness Assessments to evaulate effectiveness of Communications and business readiness for changes being introduced through the transformation.

We're passionate about supporting organisations through their business transformations by using communications to 'tell the story' and support people through the journey.
Examples of assignments where we have delivered Communications include:
- Large scale global implementations of ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA & Oracle) across Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Human Resources.
- Organisational Target Operating Model (TOM) projects embedding Shared Service Centres and Business Parternering business models.
- Digital enabled transformations rolling out new technologies such as Microsoft Office 365.
